Letter of Invitation (LOI)
The APRM Continental offices in South Africa has reserved some funds from the Annual Budget for the provision of travel services and intends to apply a portion of these funds towards eligible payments under this Contract reference & PROCUREMENT NO: APRM/AUC/IT/ 03/11/2023. Procurement of Supply and Installation, configuration, commissioning and Testing of MS Teams VOPI Telephony integration with Audiocodes Mediant 800n SBC AND Coexistance with Skype for Business for African Peer Review Mechanism.
The APRM now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services PROCUREMENT NO: APRM/AUC/IT/ 03/11/2023: Procurement of Supply and Installation, configuration, commissioning and Testing of MS Teams VOPI Telephony integration with Audiocodes Mediant 800n SBC AND Coexistance with Skype for Business for African Peer Review Mechanism. More details on the services are provided RFP under Quality Cost BasedSelection Method (QCBS) and procedures described in this RFP.
This is a two-envelope bidding. Technical and financial proposals should be sealed in separate envelopes. The tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days from the date the tender is opened.

You are invited to submit your proposal to tender@aprm-au.org by the 26th of March 2024 by 15:00 hours South Africa Time.
Please check that your technical & financial proposals are submitted within the attached format under section 4 and 5 of the Request for Proposals.
The deadline for submission is 26th March 2024 at 15.00 hours local time at the address stated in the bid data sheet. (section 3)
