The 35th Ordinary Session of the African Peer Review Forum of Heads of State and Government (the Summit) took place on 13 February 2026, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, under the leadership of H.E. His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda and Chairperson of the African Peer Review Forum of Heads of State and Government (APR Forum), represented by H.E. Maj. Rtd. Jessica Rose Epel Alupo, Vice President of the Republic of Uganda.
